Radha is a second-generation hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience focused on yield strategies.

Radha co-leads the community engagement of Greatx as a Director. She brings in a deeper understanding of how data and business intelligence can positively impact yield management.
Radha has a strong commitment to her community and culture, having served on the boards or held leadership positions with multiple non-profits. She has successfully built and managed communities for various causes in her past roles.
Radha in her past worked for Starwood Hotels (now Marriott) and held leadership positions for several 4-star and 5-star properties in both Florida and Chicago. She also held a leadership position at La Quinta Inns & Suites working as a Franchise Regional Revenue Manager and consulted with a portfolio of over 15 franchisees on their yield management strategies and helping drive incremental revenue.
Her areas of interest range from immigrant assimilation services, women’s empowerment, and cultural community building. She is still actively involved with her sorority alumnae’s efforts to raise cancer awareness in the South Asian community.
Radha is also the Founder of two personal service brands, social impact ventures which are the portfolio companies of Patel Family Office that focus on connecting like-minded individuals and forming communities.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cultural Geography with a minor in Public Leadership from the University of Maryland College Park.
