Operating profit earnings are distributed annually. Appreciation earnings are determined annually and are tracked in each investor’s digital wallet. Cumulative appreciation earnings are paid out upon any sale or liquidation of the underlying property, sale of a linked investment via auction on the GreatX site or upon maturity of the underlying Treasuries. Â
