After year 4, the issuer will have the option to buy back 10% of the GreatX tokens. Token holders can make the Issuer aware that they are willing to sell tokens. It will be up to the discretion of the Issuer which tokens and how many will be bought back. If less than 10% are bought back in a particular year, then more than 10% can be bought back in the following year.Â
