Tokens surrendered will be repurchased by the Issuer as per the terms of the Offering Memorandum. After year 4, token owners can volunteer to sell back 10% of their tokens per year, which may or may not be repurchased by the Issuer. At the end of year 14, all tokens will be repurchased by the Issuer. Token holders can sell their tokens in the secondary market at any time.Â
